OVERVIEW
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Bhajja Ayurvedic. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship everywhere within India. We use premium shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to almost all pin codes across the country.

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SECTION 3 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied.
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders over ₹999.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery to remote areas might take up to 7 business days.

SECTION 4 - IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our main store in Ayodhya. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only fulfill orders within the geographical boundaries of India.

SECTION 6 - HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bhajjaayurvedic@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We strongly advise using a physical residential or commercial address to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

SECTION 8 - NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Please note that we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. All sales are final. Because all orders are strictly Cash on Delivery (COD), you will only pay when the product reaches your doorstep.
In the event that your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package from the courier or contact us immediately at bhajjaayurvedic@gmail.com with photos before opening.
