We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bhajja Ayurvedic. If for any reason you are not, our Return & Refund Policy provides guidelines on how you can return items and receive a refund.

SECTION 1 - STRICT NO RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and healthcare items), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.

SECTION 2 - NO REFUNDS
We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Since you pay only upon receiving the product, we do not process or offer any refunds once the product has been delivered and payment has been collected.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at bhajjaayurvedic@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, but strictly no cash refunds.
